Returns or exchanges for purchases made on inspiredibadah.com can be made within 7 days of the date of receiving your Inspired Mat and if the product is in its original, unused condition and re-packaged in its original packaging. Unfortunately due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns of the Inspired Mats that have been removed from their original packaging. 

Items marked reduced, discounted or on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us via the Contact Us page and include the following in your message:

• Name
• Full shipping address
• Order number
• Photo(s) of the defect or damage

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method in full and should be expected to be credited to the purchaser's account within 7-10 business days of the item being received back to the warehouse.

We are unable to refund initial shipping fees and return shipping costs. 

Exchanges will be re-processed at the original purchase price and will depart our warehouse within 3-5 business days of returned item receipt.

Inspired ibadah is not responsible for damages caused by lack of adherence to the care and instructions for each item, or for expected wear and tear.

Returns or exchanges for items purchased from another retailer must be processed in accordance with that retailer’s returns & exchanges policy.

All products offered on inspiredibadah.com are subject to this Return Policy in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth on this page.
